What is Rotary?

The Vision of the Rotary Club of Avon / Avon Lake is to develop dynamic, action-oriented projects, as well as programs that improve the fabric of our community and enhance the lives of students, families and children.

What would it take to change the world? Rotary’s 1.2 million members believe it starts with a commitment to Service Above Self.

In more than 34,000 clubs worldwide, you’ll find members volunteering in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.

We also provide a valuable opportunity to network with business, professional and community leaders to improve the quality of life in your community, workplace and around the globe!

Our Mission is to make a positive difference in our community by applying Rotary International’s motto of “Service Above Self” and the “Four-Way Test.”

Join us at one of our breakfast meetings on Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am at Grace Hall, 500 Community Drive in Avon Lake. Breakfast is, after all, the most important meal of the day!

For membership information contact Matt Knotts, Membership Chair at 440.668.9484.
