LEAD*CONNECT*SERVE

Interact is a service and leadership development program sponsored by the North Coast Rotary Club.  Students from Avon, Avon Lake and Brookside high schools are all invited to join.    The Interact Club meets after school at Brookside High School in Sheffield.  Contact the Club’s Advisor, Valerie Rion at vrion@sheffieldschools.org  for more information.

Interact is a chance for students to make new friends, improve schools and communities, develop leadership skills and make a difference in the world.

The Interact Club works on many service projects each year.  Local projects have included, collecting food and personal hygiene items for Sheffield Lake/Sheffield Village Holiday Baskets, collecting Halloween candy to send to troops overseas, writing cards for those in nursing homes, assisting with Second Harvest Mobile Food Pantry distributions, participation in walkathons and Relay for Life and volunteering at safety fairs.  Interact Club members drive the projects with their passion and excitement for worthy causes.
