Rotary is committed to youth programs and initiatives and works primarily with Avon, Avon Lake and Brookside high schools.  Programs and initiatives include:

• World Community Workshop – Select students participate in this District wide program to promote global-cultural understanding
• Annual Scholarships – The Club awards scholarships to graduating seniors
• Rotary Youth Leadership Awards leadership program – Select students participate in this training
• Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership program – Another leadership training opportunity for youth
• Rotary Youth Exchange  – Short Term and Long Term exchange programs
• STRIVE – Students Taking Renewed Interest in the Value of Education
• Northcoast Interact -a Rotary sponsored youth club focused on service projects and international understanding
