Information For Speakers

Hybrid meetings (virtual and in-person) are held at 7:30 AM Tuesdays.  Our agenda usually provides for Speaker presentations beginning at 7:40 AM.   North Coast Rotary Club President Cathy Pugh presides.

Speakers are welcome to join us and meet with our Rotarians before our meeting starts. First on the Agenda each week is the Pledge of Allegiance and a brief non-denominational invocation. You might hear reference to our 50/50 raffle (Queen of Hearts), and at the conclusion of our meeting a card will be drawn.

If you have audiovisuals, you have several options:  1). From your computer you can access the Zoom link and will be able to share your screen, or 2).  Provide your presentation in advance and a Rotarian will assist in the presentation.

For your information, our current attendance is usually 15 -18 members, with 5 – 9 or so in-person and the remainder joining us via Zoom.

Thank you for agreeing to present to our Rotary Club!  “Learning new things and discussing interesting topics” is one of the top three reasons our club members belong to Rotary. This is in addition to “Service above Self” which is the Rotary motto. Rotarians seek opportunities to make a positive difference in the communities.
