Service Projects – Examine the assets and needs in the local community and develop a response. Select and implement effective service projects.
Youth Services – to coordinate club youth-oriented initiatives including but not limited to: Interact, 4 way Test Speech contest, 4 Way Test Essay contest, Youth Exchange, Scholarship awards, STRIVE, Peace-building, and Rotary Youth Leadership Programs.
Club Administration – to support operations and programming for the Club, sponsorships and member and public awareness, including public relations.
Membership – to develop and spearhead recruitment, orientation and retention programs for members.
Fundraising – Assessment of fundraising events and facilitate sponsorships. Coordinate club fundraising initiatives.
Foundation – The foundation is the charitable arm of the Rotary Club. It is managed by a separate Board elected by Foundation members. The purpose is to allocate funds in line with Rotary Club objectives.
